REFUND POLICY
Any item purchased from Holts Jewellery may be returned for a full refund when purchased online regardless of the reason provided the item is in the same condition as when it was delivered. Please contact us within 7 days to discuss a return. The item must be returned by fully insured shipment within 14 days of delivery with its original box and packaging to be eligible for a full refund. Holts Jewellery are not responsible for return shipping costs and/or taxes that may be incurred.
Made-to-order or bespoke items are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless faulty. This includes all made-to-order wedding and engagement rings.
In store purchases are available for exchange.

Protecting your information is a priority. We will use the contact information we collect, to consult with you (via email or telephone), so we can keep you up to date with our latest purchases and to streamline our services to better suit your requirements. We will share your delivery address with necessary shipping companies. We will never sell or share your details to any third party. www.holtsjewellery.co.uk may contain links to other websites, we are not responsible for their privacy policies or content. All transactions on www.holtsjewellery.co.uk are strictly confidential. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. Please contact us through email for bank transfer instructions.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Holts Jewellery offer a warranty on all of our new and bespoke jewellery against any manufacturing defects. If you experience a problem with your purchase please feel free to contact us to discuss the issue. If we deem the problem to be a manufacturing fault, Holts Jewellery will repair the item at no cost to the customer. This warranty excludes damage caused by wear and tear or negligence. After six months of purchase all missing side or accent stones will be considered wear and tear and will be at the expense of the customer.

Vintage and antique pieces of jewellery are by their nature used and pre-owned. Every effort is made to check and secure claws and setting before sale. Antique and vintage items do therefore not come with a guarantee but if any problems are encountered we will do our best to assist you.
